  4. Replacement/Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will either ship the correct item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or reimbursement:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
  • Items that are not in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Products that were not purchased directly through our official website.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
